Surrogate Recruiters
Comp: 4,000 – 15,000$ monthly
We are looking for multiple recruiters to join our team. Excellent communication skills, customer service and highly organized candidate are welcome. This remote position allows you to work from home and create your own work schedule.
Job specifications:
- Utilize social media, marketing and sales skills, social skills to search and recruit prospective surrogates.
- Execute outreach to recruit and encourage new applicants to complete screenings.
- Assist prospective surrogate completing the online application and make sure every applicants understand the process, benefit and all relevant aspects of surrogacy.
- Follow up with prospective surrogates and make appointments with prospective surrogates for further review and screening, either in person, through phone or through video chat.

- Recruit and communicate with potential candicates

Qualifications
- Comfortable with communicating information both over the phone, through video conferencing and through email.
- Strong listening skills. Be able to pick up on small details.
- Highly self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Willing to keep in touch with prospective surrogates outside normal business hours.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft(Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Some general knowledge of pregnancy and delivery.
